Water is one of the most fascinating things for children. This girl right here looks like she could stare at the waves and contemplate forever. With her dress and the bottle in her hand she looks so cute and innocent. This picture is certainly a great capture.

I like the idea of narrowing the depth of field, which makes the girl as the only sharp part stand out more. However, instead of using the marquee tool only on her head and torso I would have preferred the whole girl being sharp. Now with the blurred legs the picture looks a little unnatural.

I also like the squared format but would have liked a little more space at the bottom. Other than that, the composition with the off-centered subject is good, and the choice of black and white colors adds extra intimacy. Well done!
