No doubt, this is a gorgeous scene. In comparison to sunny shots I believe rain adds so much more mood to the whole picture.

I like the colors, which the rain seems to have "washed out". That "halo" around the buildings is a little distracting, though. (Did you try to achieve some HDR effect or was the glow there already?)

Although I like the way you included the trees in the foreground to add depth, the crooked horizon is a major flaw in terms of composition, mainly because it can easily be corrected. In my opinion it makes the bridge (due to its shape) seem to be falling apart. Another thing that should be corrected is the vignetting in the top right corner.

Other than that, a rainy atmosphere well captured.
