Maldives

In a list of nations that are predicted to cease to exist* in 20 years, the Maldives are included.

I have no sympathy: they violate human rights,women's rights and religious rights, and the environoment.

As I write this, the state thug police have destroyed an underwater art gallery, simply because it depicts the human body.

Islam ,the main religion, forbids the human figure in art (in some states it is allowed,provided the figures are small and cast no shadows), but the artist's protests that the display is NOT a religious shrine and it simply celebrates the beauty of the human form, have been ignored.He should build it anew in some civilized area.

* Secession of parts is among the reasons for possible disappearance of these nations. In the Maldives' case, the islands are sinking. Good riddance.
